Cuddles with Cameron- January

Hello everyone!

I hope you are all well... I have been busy helping mummy and my nanny pack up their flats to move. Things are quite stressful apparently but I have been havin lots of fun climbing in boxes and throwing DVDs off the shelves.

Other than that I have mainly been eating....a lot!

My favourite- pasta!

I get pretty messy but mummy doesn't really mind, at least I am eating! Mummy's friend Tim helped mummy cut my hair again the other day as it was getting long around my ears.

My new haircut

Mummy says it makes me look 'too grown up'. She also had to get me a new pair of shoes because mine are getting too small.

....and my new shoes!

She says I am growing up too fast. She has been watching something on TV with tiny little babies on, nanny says she is getting 'broody', but I'm not sure what that means?

Anyway, I hope all mummy's readers are ok and I will speak to you again soon!

Project 365 #5 Friday Night In

Tonight the boyfriend is out playing football with his friends and I am having a much needed relaxing night in with my mum. We are watching a film she got for Christmas Larry Crowne and eating a bar of Lindor chocolate, yum :D

Project 365 #4 NOTW-Seeing Red

Having sadly admitted defeat and soaked off the remaining acrylic nails the other day, I needed to cheer my nails up with a new colour. As it is Valentines day in the not too distant future I thought I would go for a ladylike classic red and I love this No7 one which only cost me £2 with the £5 voucher from Boots.

What do you think? Does anyone know any great Valentines nail art ideas?

Having discovered the #bbloggers on Twitter I have fallen in love with Beauty Blogs and am starting to write more beauty posts myself. I am doing a makeup course in February and am looking forward to being a bit more adventurous with my makeup style.

Disaster struck when I went into my local M&S looking for my favourite cheesecake in the world and it was out of stock!!! However, I found these biscuits (the only type of biscuit I liked out of the christmas biscuit selection) and I HAD to have them. I am now officially in love with them.... must avoid M&S at all costs....

Loathe

I absolutely hate paperwork. This move has required me to fill in and locate a lot more paperwork than I would like. Not to mention all the phonecalls and forms I will be needing to complete in the next couple of weeks. I just want to be all settled in the new house as soon as possible!

My Latest Photoshoot

As those of you who have been reading my blog for a while will know, from time to time I do some modelling and on Sunday my boyfriend joined me for the first time for a photoshoot. The photos were a joint effort by Carl Lewis and his friend John and I am really pleased with how they came out.

Project 365 #3 Beach Walk

Today was a pretty gloomy day but I was bored stuck in the house packing so decided to head down to the beach with Cameron for a couple of hours.

 



He had a great time in the play area they have down on the seafront and I practised my French on my iPhone. Cameron hates being in his pram and so we had a very long walk back to the car afterwards. Totally wore him out though and he fell fast asleep, bless him.




Clothes for Cameron

So yesterday's shopping was mainly focused on getting some new clothes for Cameron. I have been sensible and got them in size 18-24 months as he is 16 months at the moment and I don't want him growing out of them too soon. He is pretty tall for his age anyway (what comes from having a 6'3 dad I guess) so he is already growing out of a lot of the clothes he got for Christmas. I went to George at Asda because the clothes there are always great quality and look just as good as some of the more pretentious kids clothes shops.

The long sleeved tops were only £5 for three- total bargain! I also bought him two pairs of swimming trunks as I plan to start taking him swimming reguarly again once I have moved as the pool is nearby. I also got him some vests to wear at night as he has been getting too hot wearing pjs.

These shoes I could not resist. He has a pair of trainers in size 5 but he is growing out of them and as these shoes were only available in a size 6 I thought I would get them and wait for him to grow into them. I like them because they aren't typical little boys shoes and the bright colours are great.

Project 365 #2

Ironically today I broke my spending ban by purchasing the confessions of a shopoholic book by Sophie Kinsella. Damage already done I also bought a red nail varnish and black eye pencil from no7 with two of the £5 vouchers.

So the challenge is off to a poor start as I suddenly realised at half 9 at night that I hadn't done the post and hadn't even taken a photo- arghh! I have had a bit of a hectic night with my exercise class and then my boyfriend cooked dinner for me. I am over his now so here is my ootd taken on his sofa! Will try better tomorrow!

The L Word aka My Latest Obsession

This morning I watched Black Swan for what seems like the hundreth time. I am slightly in love with both Natalie Portman and Mila Kunis, total girl crushes! Having put this as my status on FB, my friend Harriet suggested I watch The L Word.

I had of course heard of it as it has had six seasons. However, I had never seen it before. Having streamed the first episode I am officially hooked. Harriet has a habit of getting me addicted to TV shows. When we were still living together back in Uni she managed to get me into Gossip Girl and we watched about ten episodes in one night!
