Mick Norcross....
Those of you who are not TOWIE fans might be like, what? I don't see why you shouldn't fancy him? Until I tell you that Mick is the guy on the left, Kirk's dad.... Erm, yeah.... I don't know what it is about Mick that I find attractive, but I much prefer him to his son.. although he comes in a bit behind bad boy Mark and cuddly James 'Arg' Argent... Ahhh TOWIE, how I love thee...

Picture of the Day: 28th September
Today was so nice- sunny and hot! Lovvely! I decided to go shopping in the morning and then went down to the beach for a bit before heading over to my mum's. In the afternoon I took Cameron down to the park and we went on the swings, and he went on the slide as well which he loved!

30 Day Celebrity Challenge: Day 25: A celebrity you respect for what they’ve been through in life
I am not a huge fan of Stacey Solomon, but I totally respect her for what she has been through. She is about the same age as me and I feel I can relate to her a lot. She had her son aged 18 and split with the dad during her pregnancy, as I did. She has since started dating someone, but for a long time was a totally single mum and raised her son whilst struggling to study, and then compete on the X-Factor, and now work in the public eye. I really respect her for speaking out in an article I read which was on her PND and how low it made her, and even made bonding with her son difficult at the start. I really admire and respect her for speaking out about it, as it helped me finally realise earlier this year that I had PND, and I went to the doctor after reading the article.

More Magazine, helping Feed My TOWIE Addiction!
So, as I mentioned in a previous post, I don't really buy the weekly/monthly magazines at the moment as I don't have the time or the money to spend on them.... But, today I had to buy More Magazine as it had a special 15 page special mini mag inside which you could choose between a TOWIE or Made in Chelsea mag. It doesn't take a genius to guess that I got the TOWIE one!
I love the show and love (most of) the characters! I follow them all on Twitter so I always know the behind the scenes gossip, and loved the mini mag! Today there was a massive argument via Twitter between Mark and Lauren from the show, as apparently she sold a story which was pretty personal... It's all kicking off in TOWIE land!
Are you a fan of TOWIE? Did you get the magazine today?

Baking on a Sunny Afternoon
This afternoon I was over my mum's with my cousin and Cameron, when I suddenly had an urge to bake. I went for a walk with Cameron and we bought some eggs from the shop (the only ingredient missing), and then once Cameron was asleep for his afternoon nap, I made some cupcakes, and some shortbread stars.
Considering I have never made shortbread before, I was quite pleased with the results, though I left them in a tiny bit longer than I should have!
Next baking attempt is going to be cheesecake. I love it so much, I should really learn how to make it myself!

30 Day Celebrity Challenge: Day 24: A celebrity whose personality is irresistible
I think Alan Carr has a hilarious personality and I love reading his weekly interviews in More Magazine (when I actually buy it, which I haven't done a lot lately). I think he comes across as really down to earth and normal, well maybe a little crazy.. He also just seems cute and cuddly and his sense of humour is so funny. Love him!
My Latest Obession
As you may already know, I got the iPhone 4 the other day and have since had it permanently attached to my side. I discovered iBooks straight away as it was suggested to me by the phone itself. I hadn't heard of it before, but was aware of things like the Kindle allowing you to read books on gadgets.
I looked at the free selection of ibooks first but wasn't too impressed, they were either by unknown authors, really short stories, or classic novels. I did download Wuthering Heights, but got about three pages in before I realised it wasn't the sort of book to capture my imagination whilst using an iPhone. I needed something relatively short, sweet and funny. A chick flick basically. I had another search and came across a book called A Girl Like You by Gemma Burgess for £1.99. I read a couple of the excellent reviews and then downloaded it.
I am so glad I did as I have been glued to the book ever since! I don't get much of a chance to read these days as I have Cameron all through the day, apart from when he naps, which is when I get housework, baking etc done, so I have been reading a little each night. I have found it hard to 'put the book down' each night as it is such a good read, and once I start reading, I find it difficult to stop! I am already looking forward to finding my next online book to read as this one is sadly drawing to a close.
I would definitely recommend iBooks as it is an easy way to read on the go, cheaply, and you can even play music or flick back to Facebook whenever you want!

New FB Timeline is AMAZE!!
Ok so this evening I managed to get the updated version of FB that is going to come into play in the next few days for everyone.. and I absolutely LOVE it!!
The timeline feature allows you to see right back, easily, to different years and revisit old status updates, photos, activity on your account etc.
The best feature has to be the new profile cover which you get to choose from all of your photos, in addition to your normal profile picture.
I cannot wait for everyone to get this version as at the moment it is only visible to those who have the update, meaning others can't see my profile as I can, and I can only see the old version for everyone else as well.
What do you think? Have you got the new version yet? Do you want it or are you against the change?

Cameron has his 12-13 month jabs this afternoon and I am dreading it!! He is so much more aware now than he was back when he last had his injections and I know it is going to break my heart seeing him in pain. I just want them to be over with and so I can try and make it all better for him with some cuddles from mummy, and some good old calpol!

30 Day Celebrity Challenge: Day 23: A celebrity you’d marry right here, right now
Ok, as my mind is 100% on TOWIE tonight it has to be James 'Arg' Argent from the show. I love him!! I find both him and Mark attractive, but I don't like Mark as he is such a player! And a total dick as well! Arg seems so sweet. I love him and Lydia as a couple, but I would totally do a Lucy and steal him away to marry him right here, right now!! Jaaaaaaamesssss, get your ass here!
EXCITE!
The new series of TOWIE starts in just half an hour and I am beyond excited!! I have fake tanned and got into my PJs, and me and my very own Joey Essex (my cousin Aaron) have just demolished a giant bowl of nachos, mmmmm! It is going to be AMAZE!! And if you aren't a TOWIE fan then I have one thing to say to you.... OH, SHUT UPPPPPPPP!!!
Mummy Product Review: Britax Stage 1-2-3 Car Seat
Ok, I don't often do reviews on baby products as I find them a bit uninteresting to those who don't have kids themselves... However, there are some mums out there who follow my blog, and I actually read a blog from a mum on this car seat before I decided to purchase it, so you never know, it might actually be of use to someone!
First of all, let me just say that buying a car seat that will take you from stage 1, to 2, to 3 is the best idea, ever! Saves so much money, and is so much better for the environment as well!! Secondly, this car seat was £50 in Halfords, so I got a bargain! Bonus!
I liked this seat as it looked nice and simple, plain but stylish, and from a well known and trusted brand (my mum said that Britax was always considered the best car seat brand back when I was a kid). I also saw positive review after positive review online, with the only negative people were coming up with to be that installation was a bit fiddly. As I bought it from Halfords, who offer a free car seat fitting service with all car seats purchased from them, I wasn't too bothered about this. I was, however, worried that the car seat might not fit in my teeny tiny car (I have a Ford KA, and they are tiny!). However, I did a search online and the handy Britax website showed me that, although it might be a bit of a squeeze, the car seat would fit in my car. So I reserved it and went to collect it.
The guy who helped fit it was great. I was a little concerned when he first got it out of the box as it looks massive, really wide, when out of the car. I had nothing to worry about though, as it actually fits in a lot easier than Cameron's previous stage 0 Gracco Seat he is just growing out of. The guy from Halfords didn't just fix the seat in for me, he demonstrated it, and then got me to do it as well, which was a little daunting, but also great as it means I now know how to do it properly myself. When it came to putting Cameron into his new seat I was a bit worried he would hate it, or miss his old seat, but he loved it! He is so happy to be facing forward and being able to see everything. I am really pleased!
I think this car seat is totally worth the £89 I spent on it today (my dad actually bought it in effect as he gave me a cheque for Cameron for his birthday). I might be getting another car seat from the Asda baby event to go in my mum's car to avoid all the changing around between cars. This one will last him right up until he is 12 though, as it adapts and changes through the stages.
So far I would definitely recommend this car seat to any mum looking at buying a stage 1-2-3 car seat for their child. It is definitely not hard to fit, it is really nice material, comfy straps which are easy to adjust and unlike some reviews have said, Cameron has fallen asleep twice so far in the seat and his head stayed still, no slumping or flopping around at all. A great seat, and definitely worth getting whilst it is still down in price!

5/5 definitely worth the money. It will last 11 years so that is less than £10 a year! I am already in love with this seat! Would recommend to anyone!

Pictures of the Day: 24th September
I wanted to do this as pictures of the day and include some photos from my day spent on the beach, but I wasn't able to rotate them successfully for some reason... So instead, here is the absolutely yummy dinner I had tonight at a meal to celebrate my nan's birthday (it is half eaten as I couldn't wait and had already demolished one wrap!). It was heavenly! Will definitely be getting that again next time! We had a great night out celebrating, and then went back to my nan's for X Factor and Chocolate and Vanilla Swirl Cheesecake. It was a great night!
30 Day Celebrity Challenge: Day 22: A celebrity you find adorable
Hmmm.. this is a tough one... I thought long and hard and came up with...
Macaulay Culkin... Ok, so he is definitely no longer adorable, but he most certainly was back when he was in the Home Alone films! Awwww! I love watching the first two films with him in! Means I can feel Christmassy all year round (which I love!!)!

Product Review: Original Source Shower Gel in Vanilla Milk and Raspberry
I just had to do a quick review of this shower gel because, quite simply, it is bloody gorgeous!
I love everything about it, from the pink packaging, to the absolutely yummy smell it has. The smell hits you as soon as you open the lid, so if you don't quite believe me, go ahead and have a sniff next time you are in the shops, I guarantee you will fall in love with it just as much as me!
I could not wait to use this in the shower and I was not disappointed! You don't need much of the product, but I use more than I need just because I love the smell so much!
I would 100% recommend this product, will definitely be buying again once this one has run out, annnnnd it is also Vegan!

Friday Feelings: 23rd September
So another week has gone by, which brings me another week closer to my graduation.... It is still a way off, but I am starting to get a little nervous. It is not going to be the first graduation I have been to, as I went to my mum's last summer when she graduated with her Masters. I was so proud of her!
It means I know what to expect, and that is what is making it worse. I hate sitting in crowds of people, and I am really nervous that I will trip or fall or something stupid in front of everyone! It will be worth it though.
I got my new phone this week and have been playing around with it, getting apps on it, downloading ringtones and music for it, and using the video on it to take some footage of Cameron which I couldn't do before! I took this film of him earlier, and used an app to edit it quickly.
As you can see, he is refusing to walk! He walked once, then reverted back to just holding onto everything whilst he did it, which is frustrating as he has been at that stage since he was 9 months old! Bless him!
Other than that, I have been shopping today for my nan's presents as it is her birthday tomorrow. We are all going out for a lovely meal tomorrow, and then watching the X Factor in the evening.
I hope everyone has some lovely plans for the weekend. Whatever you end up doing, I hope you have fun!
