Meal Ideas: Sauage Casserole

I often struggle to think of things that are baby friendly for dinner so thought I would start up a new feature of new meal ideas I try out for me and Cameron. Tonight I finally got round to making Sausage Casserole which was absolutely yummy and Cameron loved it too! He even wanted more so I got him a second helping! It was so simple to make as well.

I will admit, it doesn't look too great here! I should have taken a photo before serving!

I used a sachet by Coleman's but added potatoes to their suggested recipe as Cameron loves them. I just pre-cooked the sausages for 20 minutes prior to making the dish and then chopped them up and put them in an ovenproof dish, added chopped red pepper and thinly sliced potatoes as well as the sachet mixed with water and put it in the oven for 50 minutes. Definitely a great, easy to make dish and one that I will be doing again and again from now on.
