25 Day Food Challenge: Day 9 - Favorite home-cooked meal

I am not sure whether this means a homecooked meal cooked by other people or by myself... If it is by others I would say a steak in ale pie but if it is me then definitely Shepherds Pie as it is my speciality and has been since I was 13. I always get asked to cook it for family when they are down in Bournemouth and it is proper comfort food.
