25 Day Food Challenge: Day 6 - Favorite dessert

I knew this one as soon as I saw it!! It has to be New York Style cheesecake! Though I could settle for a chocolate cheesecake if that is not on the menu. One thing I will not abide is, as Joey in Friends puts it, 'red crap on my dessert'. I don't like it and it ruins the dessert. Ok, I am literally craving a cheesecake now...damn it!!
