25 Day Food Challenge: Day 13 - Favorite meal to cook

I enjoy cooking a few dishes but I think the most enjoyable to cook is probably Fajitas as it is so simple and so quick that I can just get on with it and enjoy mixing the spices in with the chicken to make it as hot as I can! I enjoy preparing everything else like chopping tomatoes and grating cheese as fast as I can as well, as I know that once the chicken is done and the sauce in I only have a few minutes until serving it all up.... And now I want Fajitas, damn it!
