My boobs!!
I have had small boobs since I lost loads of weight when I was 18. I am naturally between an A and a B cup and am not really happy with them the size they are. They went up to a DD when I was breastfeeding and I would actually love to have a boob job and go up to a D as I think my body shape suits a bigger size. I will definitely look into it when I have finished having children as it does affect my confidence sometimes.
i feel the same as you sometimes. i used to be a B but, since having Rhian, have went up to a DD. but before you get jealous, they've taken a drop, southward. i've been toying with the idea of a boob job too, to make them like they used to be, wee and perky! but i think i'll wait til i'm all babied out, like you :)
